No, I would not sell myself to the devil. An eternity is a lot longer then 70 years or so, and If you work hard enough in life there should be no reason that you need to sell your soul.

 

I'm gonna have to go with no on the conditions that: Life is only like ~70 years ish but your time in heaven/hell would be a lot longer. It's not that hard to live life decently anyways.

 

Well, if we're speaking of heaven/hell in the common Christian sense, of course not.

If we're speaking of hell in the parameters of Satanism, then it doesn't work like that. You don't "sell" your soul, you can dedicate yourself however. It doesn't mean that you get whatever you want in life either.

Selling your soul would make you lose any chance of ever being able to be forgivin. thats the whole idea behund selling your soul

The question is what I asked, not is it plausable or possible. I am obviously talking about christian and of course the actual selling your soul part (thats the entire idea behind the thread)

No because life is short .... in heaven you live for eternity... i would rather be happy forever than for maybe 100 years max

 

I don't really believe in heaven hell all this but if i did i would never sell my soul i mean the moeny and stuff would be fantastic don't get me wrong i dream about that lifestyle but in the back of my head thinking of burning for eternity or w/e hell is like it would just be too much. compare your 70 somthing years on earth to an ETERNITY in hell its just not worth it :/

 

I guess it all depends on your view on what hell is from what religion

 

If there was in fact a heaven (a place were your dreams and shit come true) and it was proven. Then you'd get all that shit when you die anyway.

We spend more time dead than we are alive.

Therefor it is a clear no from me, this life does not make me happy.

I don't believe in the life after life of sorts, so I can't really answer this question accurately with my beliefs. I don't want to fuck the life up that I know I have, so I mean, I'm trying to get somewhere in life. Good grades, college, a career, a good reputation amongst my peers.

 

Well most people would say if youre gay, youre going to hell anyways. So if I were gay I would just choose hell anyways haha.
