'07 Server Bot Thread

This thread is for discussion of all upcoming bots in 2007scape servers that Jagex are releasing.

Lets see if we can get enough attention for them to be out within the week of release!

 

No need for discussion about this yet, wouldn't make much sense until the servers actually come out.

RiD said he'd make some if there was a big enough demand.
Villavu for sure will have a bunch, we already have a bunch for a lot of the Private Servers.

Besides that nothing much else has been confirmed, and it's just all going to be speculation and useless conversation until the official poll is finished, the servers are released, and the injection/reflection people get time to write a deobfucator and get hooks etc.

As of now, talking about it is pretty meaningless.

 

I don't think it's meaningless.

It's not for discussion of ideas that people have it's to inform people of Bots that will be released and also to show bot makers that there will be a market for them on the '07 servers.

 

Bot Makers know there is going to be a market for 2007 bots, every forum is getting swarmed with 2007 threads.

As far as I know RiD(most likely) and Simba(for sure) will have 2007 bots.
Not sure about PowerBot/EpicBot/TriBot yet though.

Like as I said as of now since the servers aren't out yet, there's not much info about which bots will/wont make clients for the 2007 servers or not. But sure as soon as bot sites announce or hint at them or new bot sites post up they can be collected here, I just feel like it's too early is all.

 

What makes this thread official?

Anywho, it's exactly like what YoHoJo said; at this point the subject is not that popular. An official thread for RS07 botting would be appropriate long after the server is released and multiple bots/scripts start appearing for it.

 

Nothing makes it "official" he was just trying to get a discussion going but personally, I don't feel it's necessary until 07 scape is released.

 

Lets keep this threads away untill they are actually launched.

Oh, and its far from official. I do believe there will be plenty of bots for the '07 server too, to be honest.

 

I will bot on 07RS cbf train myself.

 

When you bot the game it's going to make the economy like it is on rs2 it may be awhile but it will eventually drop the gold prices.

 

I would love to get rsbots.net bots once more.

Well bots will be released without a doubt. give it 1-2 weeks after server is released. maybe not even that long tbh

 

By the look of the way the polls going I doubt we'll have over 200-250k votes and I doubt that people are going to be goldfarming if they have to pay 10-20$+ a month for the new server, thus making a bot for th m'07 servers unavailable I think this s better as it's going to stop botters/goldfarmers from playing the game. But use simba as they for sure will have one

 

If we bot on 07 servers it won't be fun.. Trust me I love botting, and I have botted 20+ 99's on my main, but don't bot on the 07 servers..

 

If it gets over 250k I'll probably be paying for a while. Who knows, they may release rares. The issue with botting is it's going to be a FIGHT to get the exp for firsts when there are limited resources because the first whip, first bandos set, etc is going to be worth a lot.

For the record, the scripts I make for RS07 will be placed in the Members+ section of Villavu; publicly invisible. Even if I released them publicly it wouldn't make any impact on RS; only a small percentage of people have the intelligence to set up Simba. :/

 

Had to point this out... There's not going to be bandos armor, or any gw armor for that matter. Gw doesnt exist on this version of the game.

 

I think bots will be the downfall of the 2007 servers. There aren't going to be 100+ servers which will make anyone legit struggle to level and quit. Then it will be just servers full of bots

 

I won't bot on the new servers, simply because we're not aware of the capability Jagex has to detect them. Just because it's 2007 servers doesn't make it 2007 - Jagex has stepped up their game massively detecting bots. The game getting simpler will mean scripters won't be fucked developing complex bots apart from the likes of RiD. There will be a lot of bans in the first few months I reckon.
