He didnt scam me, but he got my account a warning/reported (sorry if I posted in the wrong place)

I was paying him to boost my account to level 30. He started at level 9 and was losing the majority of the games, he has been very inactive at doing so the last 3 days.

Today I relieved him of duty after getting an email from riot that he had gotten my account a warning
