I tried to sell him a soul split, account I went first he logged on and was very quiet on Skype when I gave him the account. Then all of a sudden he logs out of Skype and I check the account everything was gone.

I'm not mad about the account, I'm mad about my items. Once I logged in everything was gone. I'm guessing this had happened. He logged into my account traded all my stuff to his other account and the logged out of Skype. He says his internet died isn't that a little too convenient. How do you explain all my items gone. I could not have traded them because my 3 chaotics are missing too and some of my void. I even posted screen shots of my character and his bank.

 

Alright so,
You told him first of all there was no e-mail attatched to the account.
He then found out there was and was disinterested in the account thereafter.
He was talking to someone else round about the same time, and as you can see, seems to disconnect right around when he did with you.

You then continued to advertise the account for sale after you had terminated your trade, and didn't update the pictures to those with the missing items.

Anything further I should know?

 

I don't know how to remove pictures and plus I thought people cared about the account stats and not the items. All I want to know is why he is denying that he took the items.

 

Kind of sounds like you were advertising the items too.

Never once did he say he was uninterested in Skype.

Aren't the items an addition to the account like a bonus.

 

There has been additional accusations in his vouch thread.
I asked about these and he said he'd provide screen shots, then said he was in a trade and would get them after. Some hours later I asked again and he said he was too tired and we'd speak in the morning. I approached him an hour or two ago and he's now offline and hasn't replied.

He has until tonight to provide proof of his conversations with said user in his vouch thread or he'll be banned.
