Post Requirement to View Name Sales

A post requirement will stop name snipers from being able to view names being sold.

There should be a 25+ post requirement to view this section.




Edit: Removing visibility from guests could also be a viable option.

 

Does asking people to PM you not defeat this problem?

 

no support there shouldn't be restrictions on the market

 

Alright then.. how about making it so only sythe members can view the section. It'll still help avoid snipes..

 

See the issue I see is if we made it so it was restricted all they would have to do is get the post count to 50 it's not hard i don't really see this preventing anything

 

Maybe just a simple sticky alerting sellers to sniping and suggesting asking for PM's?

It's not hard to get 25 post count and never post again, just snipe. :/

 

I would agree with removing visibility from guests. But not a requirement. Market should be open.

 

I got split feelings on this, it could be good, but it isn't necessary.

 

not going to happen. they dont wanna hold back the market with reqs.

 

Takes next to no time to make an account to view the names if you went for the second option..

Name trading is risky business. Snipers will always be around, regardless of what restrictions you place on the market.
