Sounds good, I'll probably buy some money on here and then head on with 99 range.

 

Buying money will be almost impossible as the game will presumably start off fresh and bots will probably not be up yet. So in the 1st few days expect 1 mil to cost $8 or so. Even after bots are up, 1 mil will be $2-$4 probably. A lot of people forget that the best methods for maxed accounts was about 500k/hr and bots would make 100k/hr or less.
Anyways I'm going to make a pure as I've been doing since '06.

 

I understand this, I understood it before you posted. I don't need people assuming I don't know what the price of GP will be. Did you once hear me say it was going to be cheap? The rate maybe $8/1M but 1M will be worth a lot more than it is now. Jaysus stop assuming people. >_<

 

I'll be using an old staking glitch which hasnt been patched those servers and make some $$

 

How is that possible? I'm sure they'll fix that before the game is released.

I will probably do a fair bit of basic skilling to start, focusing on getting levels as there won't be a lot of money going around to sell items. Woodcutting, fishing and mining will probably be my first ports of call, then try and make some gp one way or another, do some old quests. And have fun.

Become a defence/Prayer skiller.
Get 20 defence and prayer then move onto mining, gotta get some runite ;]

 

The chickens method is a good idea, but so is doing some skilling. The only disadvantage with the chicken method is that everyone will be doing it for quick starting xp :/

train on men/warriors til 20/20/20

Kill Druids until 30 Attack Strength Defence
- Collect everything

make 45 def pure, stopping at 20def to quest for 45def

grab myself zerk helm, torso, rune legs, rune boots, rune defender, whip/dds, fire cape and RAPE WILDY KASOY STYLE

 

Goodluck with that, there will be no rune equipment or whips for at least 4+ weeks.







My goal is to skill and then sell the items for loads of gp.

 

Also, don't forget to do a few quests to rapidly increase your initial stats.

 

Do you guys think that mining and smithing will become very good money making skills? I am excited to put together a bot farm to supply my main account with all the supplies and gold that I need. Woodcutting, fishing, mining, smithing, cooking bots each going on a different account.

 

I am probably just going to make a main and a skiller and just hang out with my friends on the game nothing to exciting

Nothing, just wait for the nerdgasm threads on Sythe about it. I don't even play RS.

 

Mine till 50 mining, bots should be up by then, Simba Etc.

Run bots to mine while main smiths 24/7.

In no time, 85 Smithing. Enjoy being the richest player on the server.

No but powerbot had bots up for the EoC in under a week didn't they? This should be no problem for them at all and I'd expect a full array of scripts within 2-3 weeks maybe a month tops.

 

I was thinking of doing something similar. I might make a main and focus on 85 smithing + beyond, meanwhile have a bot army mining the ores to supply my main's smithing levels. First to be selling rune items will make bank.
