Exactly rares aren't exactly needed if you ask me.

 

When it says "with an additional membership fee of around $15", does that mean $15 + the current price of a membership? Or just $15 total?

No, I think there will just be no additional cost to your current membership, don't quote me on this though.

They need to hit at least 250k because a 15 dollar charge would be obscene. 250k should easily be hit though

 

Hopefully.... I'm doubting whether 250k can be hit since you have to be member to do it.

I'm not really sure if I will play again...starting from nothing just seems dumb to me. Probably just me, but after making countless accounts and leveling them from level 3 I don't see how 07 Servers will stay alive for long especially because most people don't want to start all over again from level 3.

There is no doubt that 250k will be hit. By the end of day 1 its almost halfway there, and theres still like 14 days left

 

I'm relatively sure that we'll hit 500K, actually. 750K is a stretch, but it isn't unattainable.

 

Here is a post with some statistics i found on the official rs forums i taught was worth posting here, it gives a impression of the way things are heading;

Note, this is just an estimate based off of the previous results. The way I calculated it may or may not be accurate, so I'm not saying this is how it will be. I'm posting it here to see how accurate I was.

24hrs / 128,160 votes = 89 votes per minute - 50% of first stat
48hrs / 192,240 votes = 66.75 votes per minute – 38% of first stat
72hrs / 224,280 votes = 51.91 votes per minute – 30% of first stat
96hrs / 240,300 votes = 41.71 votes per minute – 24% of first stat
120hrs / 248,310 votes = 34.48 votes per minute – 20% of first stat"

You can do this on other browsers but it requires you to delete cookies/reset cache and shit that most of you got no clue how to do, so to make it easy, download TOR browser which automatically deletes all these settings when you close it, copy the link after you vote (as seen in the video) and just keep opening tor + pasting link + login + repeat for multiple votes.

 

To be honest with this i dont think its going to be great servers will die out eventually just like Classic

 

I doubt it. Most of the voters have already voted. The voting rate will only decline now if anything.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Jagex added votes themselves so it hit the 250K mark, as that would be ideal for them as a company.
