Any good players want to grind high elo DuoQ? Read here. [EUW]

Alright guys!

Well here is the basics,

I'm currently 900 elo on my main, my fault, i started ranked with no runes, no clue what i was doing, no clue on how to last hit.

But since S2 i've been basically playing non-stop, improving my performance.

Now, I could start with you on my new account (currently lv29) and grind the elo with you, or i could join on my main with is 900 elo, which i would like to, but it's a pain in the ass that elo, as it has all the skins and champions on planet earth. :laugh:

So yeah, i'm wanting to grind around ~1600, and if u feel like it, can duoQ most of the time after, i'm addicted to this game. =|

I understand "If you can't carry out of your elo, you deserve to be there", i agree, but to carry myself out it would take longer than i hope. So i'm hoping to look for someone who can play to the same'ish performance as i can.

Ofcourse i would like to see how you play before we jump right in, and you can see my performance!

I suggest you find a champion that can carry a team and spam it. Pick one with very good roaming capability. Duo Q doesn't really work because you get even harder matchups. You should be fine especially at bronze.

 

What's your name? I am not up for playing ranked games but would be nice if I could have you on my list.

 

I'm going to be honest, i consider myself very good, but i still can't seem to do what most people do, and that's carry even with people who feed to hell, I have 3 champions i love to play and can play in any given situation, Rumble, Miss Fortune, Orianna, but it's SoloQ, getting the one you want is never really the option, but i understand what your saying, i've been playing Xin Zhao recently to climb, i hate him - i find him boring, but it does the job.

But I wish you the best of luck. I know how annoying it can be to get out of the lower elos. It's easier to carry games at gold then it is silver/bronze. Trust me

Play ADC @ bronze tier. Its a breeze. If you can position you're self, then its GG

 

I agree, and i manage to do that fine, but when you have noone protecting your ass while your getting zoned to shit it's not exactly a breeze all the time! They just seem to want to kill people instead of protecting they're team. :>

 

If you're 900 elo, you should carry yourself every game no matter what. Maybe a loss every 1 out of 10 games, not more. The harsh truth may just be that, that is your true ELO/tier.

 

As i've heard from most people, but yeah, this is deffo not my ELO/tier for a fact. Maybe i'm just not picking champions that can carry a game to the balls.

What are you doing to carry your games.

 

Sona, Rumble not so much now, as i usually never get to go top/mid so i guess it doesn't count, Miss Fortune and Vayne.

The only thing that's making me not able to 'carry' games when im adc is if my support is just dead awful which most of the time, usaully is, how am i suppose to deal with this? when they go in to fight when it's going to be favour on there end.

I always seem to win My Miss Fortune's lane 80% of the time, but when it comes to mid-lane game, i just can't carry, nobody gives a damn about ADCarry's, so i get zoned, no damage done, teamfight lost.

What am i doing?
Well, if i'm ADC, i try and get the turret ASAP, ask the jungle to help to get the turret down, push abit, then i try to roam abit while keeping up for farm so i don't fall behind, but most of the time it doesn't work.

Hit 30 again on a new account, had to dodge my first game, nawt gettin' trolld yo.

 

When you're playing ADC, positioning is key. At low elo/even up to Gold divisions, supports/team mates don't understand how to play around their adc and peel/kite for them; so it literally rests upon yourself to be the best player there and carry them.

If you're winning lane by a large margin, don't take the lane tower, force the enemies to keep laning to further your advantage. Unless your team wants to group and fight - if all your lanes are winning, this is a great time to group, for example.

Also a question about dodging, I've heard this is worse then staying, and some say it's good, whats ur view?

I'm not 100% sure on the dodging aspect and how it works but; What I've been hearing is that you lose 1LP for your first dodge, then it goes up, and can reach up to 25 LP. However it refreshes every 24 hours, I think.

 

Ah that's good then. I also heard you lose LP but not your actual MMR.
