Leetnewb scammed £249

I am forwarding a scam report from someone who bought from him but cant accsess sythe.

Leetnewb scammed me for £249 for rsgp which i paid via moneybookers
his name on runescape is " the guy " and is a host in fishy fc and various
other cc's
its pretty pathetic that he scammed me and I have now no option
but to post the details as I have given him more than a month to pay me back.

I dont believe hed want to loose his rep / rank over this so id still
welcome a refund or my rsgp valued at .275/m as agreed during
the trade.
