Requesting IP Check

The reason im asking for someone to run a check is that the current members Skype name is a banned members Sythe name. And it is not a common name and seems more than a conscience to me but i could be wrong.

 

There's no IP match and the geographical location is miles away. If I was to request a TWC is would be disputed and most likely approved, and because of that I'm going to deem this report invalid unless you can match the two together somehow.
