This account is to good to be sold. I wouldn't count on it. It would be atleast sold for 200m minimum. All those skills would take so much time that I don't even think I would ever try to sell an account like that for "rsgp". I personally feel if someone did that much work to an account, I don't think they'd let go of it forever if you know what I mean. Also by looking at his vouches I wouldn't think he'd be the real owner to an account like this. Over 3/4 of his vouches are from purchasing accounts from other members.
