What software do you design with and how long have you been using it?

What software do you design with and how long have you been using it? Please also tell us how good are at using that software by posting a link to your Graphics Garelly thread or if you don't have one, feel free to make one http://www.sythe.org/graphics-gallery/. I can't do any designing myself but would like to see what others use. Discuss.

 

I use Photoshop CS5 and Cinema 4D R13 mainly.

I've been using PS for 3+ years now, and Cinema 4D for around a year and a half.

 

Photoshop CS5 for like 1.5 years and Cinema 4D for maybe 6 months.

I've been using PS for around 5 years and C4D for a yea-ish. Personally starting to move away from C4D as I am starting to focus more on designing real world graphics for companies.

 

I've been using Photoshop for about 8 years now, on and off
and for the past two years i've been working with: Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and in these two years ive been really getting in commercial designing

 

It's 3 or 4 years with illy and 4 -5 with PS now... or is it 6 with PS now. I can't remember. It's been a while.

 

Adobe Photoshop. I've been trying to branch out to over types of software with little success.

 

Did you make your signature and is that avatar from the cartoon?

 

I've been using Gimp for 5~6 years for my everyday graphics editing needs, and started doing business in webforums around one year ago. I still use Gimp, but will move to Photoshop soon. I also use C4D R12 to make texts/models, and Illustrator to make vectors to be imported in C4D.

 

i personally use GIMP and hav for about 3 y3ars now. photodhop is too heavy for me.
