The picture in the above screenshot has an URL ending with oghawaii, which is the same name as xkingthugx uses as his skype name (his skype can be found here). Furthermore, he also had signature shop there called "xkingthugx's sig shop" which should just further prove that this guy is the same:


His current name is indeed Crooks, but on HF they allow namechanges, and this proves he has had a name change there:



Link to scam report/Black Hat Activities:
He is currently selling LoL accounts on Sythe, and this sort of proves that they are cracked accounts, as most accounts on HF are cracked (please note that he bought these account for $1 a piece):

This is probably not enough evidence to get him banned, so I dug a little deeper:
