Will my main get banned?

I am thinking about making an account and botting with it. My only concern is that my main account will be banned too if my bot account is banned. When an account is caught botting does every account on the ip get banned or just the account that was botting?

 

No. Only the account that bots gets banned. They don't chain all the accounts on the IP and ban them. Go ahead.

Only the botted account will be banned but your IP will be flagged for botting, so if you bot your main i wouldn't advise it.

 

They will not ban your acc if another one of your accs get banned

no they ban only the account that is caught botting but if you have multiple bans on the same ip im sure they will prolly watch you closer.

 

They only ban those that they have caught botting, but they will watch your IP. Always use a VPN for botting IMO.

 

Jagex could ban your main account, but it rarely ever happens.

 

Honestly, if you feel so worried, don't bot. But, Jagex gives like 3 chances not to bot again. So if you get caught, its just a slap on the wrist. Just change scripts often to make it look legit.
