Well i traded with this guy an account he were selling there :

Bought it , everything went smoothly
1 week ago i tried to log on the account and he changed everything , with out any information or attention talk to him on skype and he told me that someone charged back on his paypal blabla , lies he told me that he would give me my money back but he didnt , i gave him some days becase i saw him trusty but seems like not so i decide to report him , theres the conversation on skype aroud all days.

I would like to know if theres any chance to get my money back from a gift payment also
