The Neopets rarity is completely irrelevant to the actual price of it do not try and scam, either way. You are trying to get more money for the plushie by saying it's rare, you don't specify that it's one of the cheapest items on neopets, or that the neopets rarity actually doesn't count for anything price-wise.

You are basically just trying to get through a loop hole.

 

To clarify, the plushie is tagged as rare by the site, but is in fact not.
