    My walking log

    I will be keeping track here my walking log, I am going to try to walk 3-5 miles a day.

    Total distance walked: 3 miles

    Why dont you run? I can link you to a training routine that gets you from nothing to be able to do 5kms if your interested. Just seem a lot of time spent walking, when walking doesnt do too much for you

    I'll second that. If you're trying to lose weight, (slow) running - jogging is what you're really looking for to burn those fats. Walking is close to nothing compared to a steady jog.

    I also recommend you run outside, the treadmill kinda sucks for motivation and or your joints.

    not trying to lose weight, also i cant run from an accident I had when I was 5.

    Are you serious about that tredmill?
    I would advise walking outside, it is more beneficial for you.

    How come you only walk 3 miles? When I was 360 pounds I could easily walk 4 miles a day, now I'm down to 258 and can easily walk more.
