Please help with rsps related question!

Ok im trying to play this rsps i found and i know it works because it was working on my bros computer, i just downloaded it onto my computer and i have the latest updates for windows xp ect and the latest java. but everytime i try to run it, it will load all the ways to loading interfaces and get to 95% and stop and this will pop up
any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

Is it a webclient or downloaded client?

Edit: downloadable, just noticed.

Make sure you're extracting it correctly, and no files are missing. Check that it's allowed to run (anti virus), and your computer has a cache for it.

 

Perhaps you can try re-downloading the entire client. If that fails, try to transfer to file that is working on your brother's computer to yours.
