Improving quite a bit mate. The cracked effect looks nice but it could be cleaned up a bit. The color choice is good try adding in a light blue + the dark blue you currently have as a gradient map instead of the current one with light blue being the top color. I personally don't like the pen tooling effect but that's just me. Try creating an atmosphere with the text it looks a little plain, try adding in fractals or more brushing around it, keep at it you're improving.

 

I see you got rid of the bg, thats always a plus (on Sythe) XD The pen tooling would look much better without the glow though. Also, the lighting looks like it could use some work.

 

I suggest opening a shop and taking in some free orders to begin with. You'll gain some experience and could start charging eventually because I'm sure you'll progress with the diversity of orders you'll get.
