CD-key retailers

I'm looking for a CD-key retailer that doesn't steal my credit card, rat my PC, cancel the CD key and burn my back yard after I've used it. If you know any, please post. I want to buy a TERA Online EU key so I can get veteran status. (they're pretty much sold out everywhere I checked due to the game going f2p)

I got hasty and ordered from the first non-russian site that seemed to have not terrible reviews and accepted paypal, so as not to completely asplode my credit card information all over the world. I'll report when and if they send me a key and if it actually works. (According to FAQ, within 24 hours)

E: Scrap that, they refunded me.

E2: http://mysteam.net/ provided me with a working key. The delivery took a few hours though, but nothing bad. Also: sources say that Randyrun has working keys for sale too.
