Wanting P-mod Account

First and foremost; I know there is another user on Sythe selling a P-mod account for $1,000. I am not interested in this price.
This may be a long shot, but I have no rush. I am willing to wait for the right person to come by.

I am looking to purchase a Player Moderator account. Yes I can afford one, but it has to be reasonable. Levels, items or anything else other than the P-mod status won't be taken into much consideration.

Some basic info:
* DO NOT post any pictures, name, stats, etc of the account
* I will pay in either RSGP or dollars
* Please do not post a ridiculous asking price, you know when it is "ridiculous"
(i.e: that p-mod account that is going for $1,000)
* I am a 2007 member and have ALL positive feedback.
* Only using MM to hold the money, and for nothing else.

If you prefer to talk via PM, you are more than welcome. I understand how sensitive this transaction might be.

I wont use an MM to get on the account and do recovery checks or anything like that. The only thing I am using an MM for is to hold the money.

This. A Change in IP address, cross country, or even continental should be done with extreme caution. The seller should post on the Pmod forums that they will be moving and inactive for a few days, you should then wait a week or so before changing the password or logging onto the account to account for moving times, at which point you then respond on the post that you have moved and are happy to be active again.

Even still, you'd need the registered email and you cannot remove JaG.

JaGeX keeps a VERY SHORT leash on their Pmods
