Just got a response. Was absolutely no help.
They just went on about account security and all these links to it, and went on about bank pins and JAG and stuff ://
Essentially: they did not change my email!

 

mircale. Just recovered my hotmail account trying the exact same method i already did over 5 times about a month ago.
Perhaps was an error on their behalf.
