I'm at the moment Silver Division 4, I as Silver Division 2, dropped 2 leagues cause afk's/trolls. I cant go up it now, I keep lossing and lossing.

so i'm not qualified to duo, but some tips that helped me climb out of low elo: Play garen top, hes really easy to get fed. Harass then use your passive to heal, then harass more and farm. And with boots of swiftness and his q you can push all day and not get killed by overextended. hope this helps some, maybe it's just he clicked with me better than other champions but that is what I did. inhibs in under 20 mins usually means a win.

 

How about just play Jax and win?...

 

Some advice, clairify for what server your on(NA, EUW, ect)
-Garen top is very easy as well as maplh jungle. Garen top you get boots and hp pots, build a warmog and boots of swiftness, then get a gaurdian angel and then dammage and mabye a thornmail depending on how much ad they have.
