@Iveypop - It is my understanding that you contacted me telling me you would be away for a while, i DO NOT use skype. i don't log on, if it auto logs on when my laptop turns on via either myself or the mrs then that's what that is. I've made no secret that if you contact me via email i will respond.

The only reason you're kicking up a fuss and also YerAwsum is because i have a TWC now for something completely unrelated. You were fine up until this, I will not be giving you a refund solely based on my TWC. If you have questions you can email me and i will respond in my own time.

@YerAwsum - We we're corresponding via skype on more than day whilst i was using it, i've currently given you hours of my time. If you don't get the guide then that's your problem... The last correspondence we had i advised you the GOLD VPN was sufficient. I refuse to give you more support as i was advised by another customer you had added them and slated me to them, The full skype convo was sent too me.

@Duality... I have found that email, it has gone into my spam box, i am sorry for the inconvenience caused that is 100% my fault. Will process tonight, I can only appologise as yours is the only legitimate claim. As a gesture of good will, i will offer you in game 20M.

I apologize if it seemed like the customer I added appeared to be slating you. None of these were my intentions whatsoever. I added other happy customers because you seemed to provide decent support to them. I had some questions regarding the guide as I was confused on one step of the guide that prevented me from doing the rest.

I still have this question as the customer wasn't able to address the question properly to me. So I will have to turn to you, but if you appear to not want to provide me the help, then I am stuck but a loss of $10. It's just a simple question but I don't have the answer to.

Hey, just letting you know that I would like to talk to you over skype to get everything sorted out sometime soon please. I emailed you 2-3 days ago and no response.

 

I've also sent an e-mail few days ago and no response. I've also sent my PayPal e-mail address for refund and no response. So I'm not sure which you wanna do - please help me or refund me.

Opened a refund claim on Paypal, suggest you take action before this gets ugly.

 

I suppose I will have to open a claim on PayPal too. This is widely unacceptable, especially when the said support was advertised to me prior to purchasing this guide.
