Recover account

Hello, last summer, after a vacation, I noticed my RSaccount was stolen, probably by some form of phishing through my email. Got an email, supposed to be from Jagex, and I was stupid enough to open it.

Anyways, the thing is, the email is changed on the account, so there's no other option to recover it as far as I can see? I appericate any kind of support!

 

Head to the official RS forums, and find the account support thread. Post on the thread following the required format (shown on thread), and a Jagex Mod should contact you within 48 hours, generally.

You'll need info such as old membership details, passwords, recoveries, creation locations IP's, etc.

 

Im pretty sure the only way you can do it now is emailing [email protected], they provide the template to email them with

 

Thanks guys! I will email them. Aside from that, is there anyone else who have had the same problem, and if so, what did you do?

 

Do exactly as said above except email [email protected], and say its your sons account. Will get you a faster reply.

 

I'd do this.

 

If you email [email protected], they will usually reply within a day, then you can contact [email protected] as that's who replies.

Say what you just said to us to them, ( aswell as copy and pasting the pre made form to fill out on the forums ).
