Any good rappers out there?

If so can you give me any tips on how to rap? How to get better at free styling? And how to get faster at rapping?

I totally agree, too many rappers these days talk about the same regurgitated bullshit, and it has no feeling to it at all. It's got to come from the heart or it's worthless

If you learn circular breathing, it can really help if you want to rap at an extreme speed. An example of circular breathing rapping at work - Logic - Tic Tac Toe from 1:40 to like 2:00.
