Hey, please accept an appology; I admit I shouldn't have posted such things on your thread, instead I should've just argued my opinion in PM's. Please note; What your thread stated (about the bias of the RNG) lead me to believe that the guide was about gaining an unfair advantage against other players solely by playing in a given manner. After you posted what the guide was about (well, what it was related to), I realised you were not scamming (as in selling a fake guide), but rather simply posted unrelevant information about online poker (missleading sales information), which led me to believe you were selling a guide, which I know can not exist. I also have doubts that you method is a $600/ day moneymaker (because you yourself claimed you can deposit inbetween $12-$40 on the accounts (I suppose this has something to do with a first deposit bonus % or deposit bonus, etc. I have reported many scammers in the past, and I am used to being taken for stupid, and I rather get annoyed, and after the 20th post I was starting to lose my nerves over the argument with you. If you had ever PM'd me that your guide actually wasn't related to what is stated on the first post, I wouldn't have harrassed you; I missunderstood the situation in a manner, and for that, I'm sorry. On the other hand, I'm still sure your first post (when I first saw it) didn't state (I have an e-book regarding this as well), therefore your details of the guide / the advertising part was missleading and decieving potentional customers, in a way. I know understand the guide you are selling is not a scam, the post you made is just an attention boosting (sorry to put it this way) lie. I hope at least we can agree on what I have written above, and settle the manner by admitting both of us made a mistake; I was misslead by the original post.

Firstly I'm going to attack this statement. You will have to google this or trust me on my word; There is NO way to play legally and be able to cash out your money, from within the United States.

I wanted to look up his name on www.sharkscope.com or www.pokertableratings.com or www.officialpokerrankings.com; All these three websites do is the following: State statistics - Cash games played, what stakes you played, what you lost or won, what game you played, tournaments played, results.

Now, I ask: How does anyone finding out who is one profitable player make him lose vast amounts? If anyone found out on sythe.org that he is say xyz123, will the poker community of pokerstars.com or fulltilt.com stop playing him, because it will be leaked, and everyone will realise that he is a big winer, and they are underdogs against him, because of his super duper guide? I mean, what the fuck, seriously.

Seller is more than obviously dodging the request to prove he is $600+/day winner on any online poker communities.

PS: He claims 11 bought guides and satisfied, I can see one person claiming the guide seems professional, but noone AT ALL posted they have tried it, and noone posted they were satisfied (this claim of 22 people being all satisfied and 22 bought can be found on his post on his thread.)

EDIT 5: VERY IMPORTANT FACT THAT JUST CAME TO MY MIND: If this guide was real, PokerStars Ltd. could be sued for both the operation of PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, and could have their gaming license easily revoked. Since poker sites MUST use TRNG (True Random Number Generators) this BIAS he claims to exist, would mean it isn't, and therefore any profit lost could be claimed cheated out of, because they claim their software to be unbiased. Not to mention the fact, he doesn't claim on which Poker Sites this works, yet all different sites use different generators, therefore it is IMPOSSIBLE to make such a claim.

LOL!!!! PLEASE TELL ME THE OP REMEMBERS POKERSTARS AND FULL TILT BEING SHUT DOWN TWO YEARS AGO FOR SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS??? AND ABSOLUTE POKER BEING FINED 2 MILLION FOR THE NIO NIO SCAM....

Let's not be fooled: PokerStars for instance is licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commision, which governs most gambling in Isle of Man (where PS is headquartered). I doubt they would license any poker site which has such flaws, that give out such advantages to certain players.

EDIT 462378463872: OP posted on his last post what the guide was about, and admitted that his original post has completely missleading details, to boost sales, he said this; Djweasel however deleted the posts and I was infracted for spamming; If it wasn't hard deleted, I hope someone can look it up, and realise that the guide has nothing to with what's posted on the thread, nor does it guarantee $600/day profit.

I appoligise for getting so irate when writing this.. I was extremely pissed that i was given a TWC because of an arguement with this person the other night... If you look at the PM he sent me the next day (at the top of the dispute) you will see he admitted i was not scamming and understood what happened... We both agreed amicably it was a misunderstanding and apologized to each other.

I am a very fair person and give my customers massive amounts of support which you would not get with any other Ebook seller, i've spent hours and hours going through my systems with customers... Probably too many as i'm litterally getting message after message... I've told one person they will be re-embursed for the guide as i don't have the time to go through it with them, and upon my TWC being withdrawn i will continue with my support of all of these people. but until then i'm going to remain ceased business and will not respond to any messages or emails from them.

Upon this being dealt with i will give my customers 100% support as i was doing.

I'm still failing to grasp how i got a TWC considering i did not scam anybody??? And from my thread you can see all of my customers were happy? I didn't log in for one day and had two customers asking where i was because i hadn't replied for a day.... That's all.



EDIT - Again... I'd like to say sorry for my language and personal attacks on the mods. I was simply very frustrated at the TWC considering i was having my customers think bad things. I'd received 3 messages asking why i had a TWC as well as a number of potential customers who did not buy because of the TWC.

I am very reasonably and friendly i just don't like being messed around, I sent Video lots of evidence as to why i was a legitimate seller, and my customers would agree, I offer a return policy so i am failing to see how i have been given a TWC

I believe this whole thing comes down to the other party asking for the TWC becasue... He is a want to be mod.. if you look through most of his posts they are of him reporting things... we can agree on this if you check, He knows his poker.. he does, and he believed because most players here won't understand he would get a lot of praise for catching a scammer in that field that perhaps mods who don't understand the game in that much detail wouldn't....

This simply comes down to somebody being a bit of a dick and trying to force something isn't true. he has since agreed there was no scamming involved so i'm puzzled to see what my TWC is regards to
