Can't recover password

I've entered in my correct email, said it was the correct email and they said they emailed me but no email has been recieved.

Have tried multiple times, including yesterday and i don't know what to do.

I think it has to do with the @comcast.net part of my email but i'm not sure why it would block jagex from sending something like that...

Any help would be appreciated.

 

E-mail [email protected] (think that is right e-mail address, please google it before hand). Tell them your son has forgot the e-mail to his account, send them all the information you have on the account, they will remove the e-mail and allow you to do a manual recovery.

Best to use the one registered to the account.

 

Maybe try again in some time, if the email is correct it should work

 

Did you check if its in your spam? That's where my messages from them are always at

 

If you've sent an email request and you're sure that it's the correct email, click preferences on the email thing, then at the bottom you can select 'unsubscribe' which is remove email, then ask for the code to be resent on the next page.
