Requesting a TwC on Deflowered

Apparently the user Deflowered claims that he is selling his account as he is quitting RunesScape and needs funds for university:

Bottom line:
I'm having a hard time believing that a user who is need of funds for university (according to his own claims) and is quitting RuneScape would be making such offers to others, on sythe.org

Edit: If you see the account sale, he offered to sell it for $125 with the claims of needing the money; Yet he made 400M buy offers. TwC worthy imo.

Edit3: I was right afterall; Deflowered purchased 80M from Strict Supply on the 28th, which has been (most likely chargebacked since):
