Skype, AIM and other messenger systems dont mean people are shady, the most trusted people on the website use them. It is just a faster means of communication. I never talk to people that only contact me on there, i make them post on my thread first with their Skype/AIM usernames. No messengers will push a lot of serious buyers away, as they have other resources to buy from such as the Chinese companies with near unlimited stock. Not ripping on you for trying to be safe, more of constructive criticism.
Of course, by all means speak your mind. However, I've had bad share experiences with using those sort of tools that escalated into massive spam from these "companies" or Chinese buyers asking to buy "we". Second, using the forums isn't so bad. It's easy to track, record, & monitor safety activity between trades. But of course, that's my opinion. Over the years, I've came across many who were red flag suspecting hustling.
That's quite a large amount of gold. Ideally I'm just looking for any type of precursor to buy, would you be interested? I doubt you're going to sell such a high volume, you'd be flagged instantly.
