Dont know where to post this and PMed the mod who left me the infraction but received no response.

I can add more proof if needed, I was right that he was a ban evader so the infraction should be removed

Edit: I have no idea where to appeal infractions; At first I though about the dispute forum but then realized its just for bans/twcs so idk

 

Message the person who gave you this infraction and they can handle it.

 

Usually contact the mod who issued it, if you don't get anywhere but still think it's unwarranted then message a global about it

 

I've sent him a private message but he didnt respond (yet)

 

He should respond shortly, if the infraction was wrongly handed out, he should remove it. I got one removed a couple weeks back by messaging the person who gave it to me, got back to me within an hour.

 

We can't let members accuse each other of vading/scamming without proof. At the time of your accusation, you had no proof, you were just going off of a hunch. I will reverse this infraction on condition that you don't accuse people of scamming/vading without proof again. For future reference, you can make a request for an IP check in the report a scammer/evader section even if you don't have evidence. Just don't go posting on people's threads "hey, I personally think this guy is a ban evader"
