If you could go anywhere in the world...

This may sound weird, but i would love to go to Japan. Would love to see just how huge and populated Tokyo is and would have to eat all the food over there.

 

Having spent much time working in the oil industry, where traveling is commonplace either for work or for pleasure, i've already been to many intriguing places.
This list includes: Alaska, Canada(edmonton), New Orleans LA, several areas of texas(my home), Denver, Cancun twice, Puerto Vallarta, London, Amsterdam, Rome, Paris, Cairo, Dubai, Several areas of Saudi Arabia, All over Bahrain, and Sydney.

If there was one place that I could see myself taking a regular annual trip to, it would easily be Cairo. There is simply no place like it on earth. The culture, the lifestyles, the nightlife, the shopping life, the food, the history, the love for the city by the people.... It's unbelievable. The place still blows my mind just sitting here thinking about it. Having gone and visited the pyramids of Giza, it's a wonder to behold. The most amazing thing is stepping inside the pyramid, climbing down the steep entryway with the 100 degree heat of the desert on your back, while a cool & moist 65-degree breeze is greeting your face. These guys knew more than we can fathom for their time.

I'm currently setting up a honeymoon with my wife to go to Athens, Greece for our 1-year anni. It was between that or Macchu Picchu in peru.

I'm a huge history buff, and she's a beach-nut. So greece worked out best!

IMO, money is no object. It's simply a stairstep that you have to make your way over. If you want to go somewhere, then GO. Save up, manage your expenses well...then make it happen. No use in dreaming of a place all your life and dying...wishing you had gone. Do your research, make the effort towards it, and you'd be surprised what you can accomplish

 

not weird at all! Japan does sound awesome, and i'd love to go there, strangely they are also supposed to have some amazing ski resorts!

Wow, it sounds like a pretty exiting job! And you sure have seen a few things by the sounds of it! I've never been to cairo myself, i have been to other resorts in Egypt on the red sea, but unfortunately, i feel like the resorts i have visited were very lacking in culture, seeing the pyramids would be amazing

I work as a football (soccer) referee in my country, in the 4th division / tier currently. Otherwise I have no job as I'm 19 and I am beggining university next year.

+1, last time I was in London it wasn't nice at all, not to mention how expensive it was.

 

Spain. Spanish girls are quite attractive, the food is great, and I love the culture.

Just got back to Australia from Japan and just realised how much I prefer the lifestyle over there.

How come Ireland? Do you have heritage there or just want to go?

 

I'd love to go to New York and chill for a few days, then drive across America - That'd be a dream.

 

I'd want to go to go to Antarctica to do astronomy research.

 

Yeah I'd also love to do this, I don't think I know anyone from the Uk that doesn't want to travel to America!

Hit up south Africa, drive all the way up to north east Africa then hop over to Saudi Arabia then make my way through Asia.

As for me, NZ.

 

Poland was a dream for me before 2009 when I went to visit my dad when he was away on business. I want to tour Asia, I'm going to China in the summer for the People to People Student Ambassador program.

 

Would love to visit and live in the UK my dream so far has been to establish a life there.

 

Italy for sure, Looks amazing.
