Chargeback [HELPPLEASE]

Hello, I bought an account at the start of the month for about $30 after a week he recovered and I chargedback as I didn't buy his account for a week.. this said I had to verify my paypal to get the $30 back and my account unlocked.. So I bought an account YESTERDAY for about $45 and it has been recovered again yes my mistake.. So what im really wondering is I cant prove I bought a rs account of him cause im sure its illegal? if I chargeback/claim it wasn't me that bought it for the SECONDTime, can anything happen? e.g police? how many times can you chargeback/claim it wasn't you before paypal get suspicious? thanks.

 

Heh PayPal never likes chargebacks, you get suspicious.. but I don't think there's a set number of chargebacks before you get scammed.

Also, you should obviously vid everything or make photo's from it.. so you can report them here on Sythe. (If you bought it here, ofcourse)

Buying accounts is always tricky & a lot of people get scammed.

 

PayPal disapprove of virtual transactions. Stating it was one will not help your case. Simply dispute the payments claiming goods were never received. Considering there is no tracking number present, the account seller can't do much to stop/win the dispute.

For future reference, buy accounts of people you can fully trust.

 

Don't mention it was virtual goods, PayPal will allow the seller to win if you do. Just say your package has not arrived in the mail and they will ask him for a tracking number and he won't be able to give and then they should side with you. If that fails ring up if you used a CC and ask your CC provider to do a charge back of the sale.

 

PayPal will chase you if your account goes into negative so you want to sort a chargeback ASAP. They tend to favor in the guilty parties decision so they end up with more.

 

So I've made one chargeback this month(claiming it wasn't me who sent it) I won this case, but I had to verify my paypal via house call, if I claim it wasn't me again ect.. will I get in trouble from paypal/law?

 

No, it could be possible that your computer was infected. Obviously if you do it too often PayPal will deem you high risk and ban you for life from using PayPal but its your call.

 

The best thing you can do is call them, things will get cleared up better and in less time.

Stop buying accounts from random people btw.

 

Calling will probably only speed up the process. It wont change the final decision on the case.

 

if your account history keeps consisting of you charge backing paying payments as unauth all the time they eventually will just blacklist you i would imagine, shouldnt be much of a problem doing it twice.

 

dont use paypal. it sucks
