Requesting TWC for RuneMighty

Hi,

I am requesting a TWC rank for the following user due to shady activity: RuneMighty

Long story short: I donated on behalf of him on Sythe. He sent the money through PayPal, the next day I found he had started a claim on me. I contacted him through Skype and he stated someone in his household had done it and not him. He returned the money and cancelled the dispute.

I'm requesting a TWC as if he does indeed live in a household where people will tamper with his accounts online, I don't find him very trustworthy. Plus to be quite honest the story in itself that someone would go on his account just to chargeback me is quite difficult to believe.

If he's living in a house with a load of people who for some reason cause trouble on his PayPal account, I wouldn't mark him as very trustworthy. Whether he's lying or not, I think a TWC should be placed for now.
