Negative Balance [ PAYPAL ]

I would pay it if I were you, stealing is stealing in this way. Even if you got scammed by a chargeback. You could get in trouble friend.

 

Firstly, he never scammed; Paypal took his money, on their own decision. This is in no way scamming. What trouble could he get in?
Think before you post; Taking any action against him would cost WAY over the amount he owes. Paypal isn't stupid enough to waste money on such ridiclious things, as a $32 owed to them.

Second of all; I had real details, verified, cc added, home address added, I went into - balance too, They emailed me 5 or so times, then gave up, I couldn't ever care about it. Only problem is, I have to use my friend's pp now or not use one

So, don't worry, noone is going to trace your IP, contact your parents, or sue you for $1,5 million due to interest, or anything ridiclious as such; Neither will FBI come to your house with the Counter Terrorist Units.

If you want to make a new PayPal however, I can't answer, whether it's safe, or how it goes; But if it were fake details, I'd totaly just make a new one, and not care - if you ask me.

 

Depends if you're scared of them. If not new IP leave it they won't send collection agency for 35 bucks.
