is it worth to come back to RS?

Basically i haven't played in God knows how long, i dont even know how i got my dung stats up. I believe it was my little cousin who played on it for awhile and he gave up too lol. i havent logged into this account in 64 days. Has RFD all done except last quest, DT done, all pure quests done etc. is it worth to come back? is my account still decent in this RSage?

 

The games a peice of crap all though if you're a 2010+ players then chances are you were born for EoC and will enjoy it. As for the players who grew up with it, no, hell no the game is simply terrible.

As long as you don't want to come back to pk, you'll be fine. Games make changes, and the recent updates have been for the best. You can't knock eoc in anyway, as it's actually more strategical than clicking attack and eating every so often, now you need to understand the abilities.

 

Ignore him, I've played since classic. I think the game is still great, but noone but you can decide wether to play or not. Invest in a membership and give it a shot. if you don't enjoy it, sell the account and get your money back.

 

Some people will say the games bad some will say its a lot better

Ultimately the only opinion that you should listen to is your own. Just give it a try see if you enjoy it!

NOPE.

I was totally against the EoC to begin with but then gave it a shot and the actual gameplay was decent. It's not about the gameplay though, most of the player base is shit and nobody plays legit any more so it's not worth it IMO.

You really should try it before you do so. You shouldn't let people make your decision for you. obly you can decide what YOU like.

 

Yeah, don't go sell your account before you have a shot at it, but as previous have said it's harder to enjoy as an older player.

I would recommend getting online and checking it out for yourself for a few hours to see if you enjoy it. The "pure" pking scene is practically dead. Most people who play often are either mains or skillers. It's really up to if you enjoy PvM/skilling.

 

I played runescape for pure enjoyment of pking and dueling.

 

Dueling you can still do nicely, but PKing has dipped.

That said I would check it out atleast once you never know it might amaze you

I really wouldn't get back into it. I've honestly had more fun messing around on private servers/playing other games recently. I don't see the game going anywhere good and I wouldn't personally recommend investing any more time into it.
