Dispute (Mainly towards Video)

So I have been permanently banned for "ban evading and being a major troll".

Yeah, I admit I've evaded twice in a non threatening/harmful way while I was temporarily banned for the LOLs. Both these accounts (Virus and Beds) had less than 25 posts and the sole purpose of making them was to troll. Now Video, (I'm assuming you're the one that changed my duration from 3 days to permanent) if you can honestly look me in the face hypothetically and say that my actions warranted a permanent ban from Sythe then thats fine--I wont bother coming back nor making any more disputes/pardons for that matter.

I don't trade anymore. I have never scammed. I dont participate in Blackhat activities. And as you even said, I dont troll to the extent of Alma Mater or Deathsnova. The majority of my time spent on Sythe is in the spam forum. I make occasional posts outside the SF and get often infracted for petty shit--shit that half the time does not come anywhere close to warrant infractions. And when I do get infracted, I don't complain, bitch, or whine about it--I just move on. Its funny how people like Grave and Syed who spam and troll outside the SF just as much as I do, get away with it, but thats another story.

I don't know what else to say except that point taken-I'll refrain from evading on my temp ban durations. Like I said before, if you think I'm a genuine threat to this site, then fine whatever, but being banned permanently for this is setting a low precedent for Sythe to say the least.

 

If your only offense is getting banned for trolling/spamming and evading your ban in the meantime, the permanent should be changed to a month starting the day this ban is revised, IF it's revised. Your original ban length (approx. a week), plus a week for evading, plus two weeks for evading again.

Pardon me for not being clear. I didn't evade two times consecutively. I evaded on Virus--it must have been a couple weeks ago. It was then made clear that I was Virus and as a result, that account was banned all the while I was serving out my original ban duration.

However, just recently I was temp banned again for 3 days (I would like to know my last infraction since I'm here disputing anyways) and made the account "Beds" with the sole purpose of trolling Nods since he provoked me to do so in the Where did ___ go thread. If going by the rules, since I was originally banned for 3 days for infraction accumulation, and then an additional week for evading that ban, I should be banned for 10 days.

 

It doesn't matter to me whether the evasions were consecutive. You were banned for evasion on Virus, then you proceeded to evade again the next time your original account was banned. You obviously didn't learn your lesson, so I'm sticking to changing the perm to a month ban
