I believe the member is very respectful, i just want him to pay for my loss and believe this should be worth of a TWC but see how user responds to this.

i was buying 1bill of the user frisco09 via WU we had been discussing trade for a few days we was going to deal yesterday however are WU was open at different times so we canceled the trade untill the next day because TBT didnt feel happy with holden 1B over night on a MM so we delayed the trade.

I had then been Pming him today telling him i was gunna send money and he send me his info the other day but i needed his city in order to be able to send it i then sent money he said he had to wait till he finished school for trade which was far enough then just now he informed me he no longer has the rsgp because he had to repay some people because his PP got limited.

So what, did you send the money for 1B via WU, and now he says he no longer has the GP (which he did at the time of sending it)?

What role is TBT playing in all this at the moment?

 

He says he will be refunding fee by Sunday so we just wait it out...

The user has contacted me, but his times are alot different to mine. So when im on his sleeping when his on im sleeping, he messaged me on skype @ 4:37am but im not online to be able to pick up the gp at these times give the user a few more days to pay and i will keep you guys updated.
