Best AP carry - in your opinion?

Who's the best AP carry in your opinion? Mine for some reason has to be Diana.

Define BEST? Everything is situational. My fav AP mids however are Nid, Kat, Heim, Ez and Teemo.

I don't think you can really single out one as the best.

Definitely Ryze and Diana are my favorites.

 

Anivia assuming you play her to her fullest. She has one ability that isn't CC, her wall can split a team in two and force flashes and CDs, her AoE ult slow is crazy along with a small explosion of a stun. A R-Q-E can oneshot an ADC. need I say more? There's a reason Froggen can't play Anivia in tournies.

I like Twisted Fate and Ahri.

TF's P-A-C gives a slow, stun, and mana regen depending on how you pick (and if you can pick). Wild card can deal massive damage and a combo of Guinsoo Rageblade with Stacked Deck... He's insane. Not to mention Destiny (his ultimate) which gives you a free TP anywhere within range - at mid it's a free and quick gank. Last time I played TF in PVP I went 13 & 4... Even after I botched my build.

Ahri... I have only watched so far, but her bursts are insanely powerful if built properly.

 

TF fades late game though unless you're very skilled with him. But he is way OP early game if you hit your skill shots.

am I wrong about TF fading late game? He does for me anyways

 

His tower-pushing is godlike but he does fall off late game. All he really can do in fights is throw his Q and re-position until everyone is ready to go all in.

 

If you can pick red card everytime he has an AOE slow as well during teamfights as an initiator. Also if someone is running away during teamfights can pick the yellow card. I have found him to be very useful... but then again I use him on a level 13 account! :nuts:
