Hello!

My ban was an attempt by Kylae/Katia (the same person from two separate forums) to control the Neopets Market.

Why? She and I are the only ones that can do this service. The two people on here that can do it - pkerdumin and NeocashSella are employed by her (They act as resellers) She is simply trying to control the prices of these pets, and ensure she is the only one with a flow of profit. You might ask, how is she doing this? Well, she is a Moderator of one of the main Neopet Blackmarket forums and well-connected on the others. She has been trying to do this ever since I started this service, whether it is making up lies about me or getting her friends on other forums to get me in trouble for no reasons.

If you read the last line, you can see that Kylae is trying to control the market, so that she can price pets at any price that she can which is completely not right. This insures that she gets profit as she is now the ONLY one doing this on ANY forum.

Also - apparently, someone was "frozen" for buying my pets. Well, this is one out of the many I have sold and you cannot blame me for getting this person frozen. Just like with buying any pet, you can simply get frozen by going on the boards and bragging about it, as people will check the google cache of the pet. I always tell my customers to leave their pets on side accounts. Whether that is followed or not is up to them. Also, the person could have been frozen for other reasons - cheating on games, etc. Surprisingly, the person did not come speak to me, as I would have given them a refund or a replacement.

If you check the vouches on my thread and contact my customers, they will tell you the safety of my pets, as I let many of my trusted ones look up the pets before selling it to them. All pets were last seen long time ago.

My method of obtaining these pets are through password lists, the same as Kylae, which is then the same for: pkerdumin, NeocashSella The method is completely safe, as I will only gather the password of inactive accounts. Again, ask around my customers.

Kylae feels the need to intrude by trying to get me banned on forums, simply because my business on Sythe has been beatings hers lately. I've known Kylae for a while before this, I know she is struggling since this is her only source of income but it is unfair that she feels the need to conspire against me. Thank you.

 

If you can prove that other people are using password lists to sell accounts, we'll ban them too. Inactive or not, we do not allow people to steal the accounts of others and sell them on our forums

The Neopets Blackmarket is based off selling inactive stuff. I know why you guys would be against it, since I played Runescape before and that is really bad for those types of games but for Neopets, it's generally accepted.

If you look at the Neopets portion of your blackmarket now, you will see that a lot of people are selling inactive accounts, including the two that work for Kylae (pkerdumin and NeocashSella) - The proof is in their threads. On Neopets, you are only allowed to have 20 pets maximum. You can clearly see from both of their threads that they have more than 20 pets.

It is not just these two, many people on that portion of the site are selling things from hash lists, unregistered emails, etc. I am not proposing you ban everyone, since you do have a lot of people going to your Neopets Blackmarket. I am simply suggesting that you let people sell inactive items, as long as they warn that these items are taken from accounts last seen long time ago like I do on my thread.

It is unfair that I am banned when these users are not. I have done nothing wrong- the person who got frozen hasn't even shown proof that it was my fault. He/she could have been frozen for countless of other reasons, including bringing attention to themselves. If you buy a pet that is high tier and you leave it on a new/newbie account, then of course you will bring attention to yourself. Just like a weak Runescape player lvl 40 buy millions and millions of gold. You will probably get flagged.

I want to reemphasize my vouches on my threads and that I have done nothing wrong. It is just a case of someone reporting me to get back at me. If it is against the rule to sell inactive pets/accounts/etc. I am one of many who have broke this rule.

 

I have banned the other two as well. This kind of behavior is not allowed and will never be allowed (99% certain on that one) on sythe

He immediately changed his thread after he read that people were getting banned to make it appear as if he is doing nothing wrong. I'm pretty sure you can go back on edits and see. (If not, google it and cache it lol) I'm not trying to rat on anyone but I honestly think that everyone should be banned from it so it is a fair balanced playing field if those are your rules.
