Ways to remove dark circles under eyes.

We should take proper sleeping at night.:noworry: We should not smoke cigarette. Avoid depression and try to be always happy all the time.
Always eat balanced diet.

These all points are essential to get rid of dark circles. Please share your opinion also.. :love:

 

Well, its not always an easy thing to have proper sleep as some would suggest is 8 hours min a night for me this is not the case i function more than fine with 4 -6 hours sleep a night, and if i sleep much more than that i am over tired from sleeping.

Also if someone faces depression it is a condition, you cannot just say Avoid depression.
Depression can occur from events, or from next to nothing, people question there lifes & achievements and feel they have gone no where, which stems depression in some cases.

Happy? Please define happy;
To me it is spending time with my loved ones, and providing for my partner.
But for others its immense wealth etc etc.
Happy is what?

 

I get 4-5 hours a sleep on weekdays, probably 6 on a weekend, If I'm lucky and I still don't have the dark circles under my eyes.

 

Cucumber slices work very well, even though i've never used them. Getting 8 hours of sleep would be essential as well; don't oversleep or undersleep.

 

I remember being younger and always getting these bastards under my eyes, I did everything, slept well (8-9 hours a day) I exercised very often, ate a balanced and healthy diet. I remember round about the time me and my ex-girlfriend split up, they suddenly disappeared, very strange.

 

Did she beat you?

Dark circles unfortunately can be genetic some people will never be able to get rid of them without makeup.

 

I only get them late at night when I'm tired.

 

Haha no, but I think I was just stressed out, which is the complete opposite of what should happen, guess it was the right thing to break up with her..

 

I always have theat circles even I sleep a lot. But I face to PC about 9 hours a day, is that a problem?

 

Try sleeping more?

I'd be more interested in making the White's of my eyes become more whiter;

I seem to have constant bags under my eyes even with often 8 hours of sleep a night, I think it is because I am worn out all the time.

 

There is actually a genetic mutation called hDEC2 where you sleep cycle only needs half the amount. So 4 hours is all they need, Martha Stewart has this. lol fun fact.

Regarding the dark circles, I heard cucumbers on the eyes works well on that.
