Wiechu scammed me out of 1b trade

Briefly explain the trade: Was buyign 1b Gold using paypal I went first sent him the money.
How they scammed: He showed the 1b gold in trade then left to GE, then went offline on skype. So I am left with me sending $280 with no gold in returned

Seems to be a few reports of him scamming so I have temp banned him until things are cleared up.
