Which 99's are worth the most?

So basically which 99's are worth the most on let's say a lvl 4? (unless cb obviously)

I'm probably thinking slayer however that'd take absolutely ages to get...

So yeah thoughts, maybe a list/order?

Slayer.

Dungeoneering used to be, but because of the high amount of leech clans now, it's not as respected.

 

Herbal ore is of great personal use if I remember correctly for, my runescaping days. So if you are talking about value to self it is up there.

 

Herb and Slayer are two of the main one's, also i would say Mining and Smithing purely for the fact of how long it takes to get those ones level'd up

 

It takes a long time for Mining, but Smithing is actually quite easy and fast xp with gold gaunts.
