Questions about buying RSGP (1b+)

Hey guys, I am planning to buy around 1b+ rsgp ( Ive bought rsgp before but only around 200m at a time) and I have some questions:

1. How much rsgp can you trade before jagex starts checking you out? and would jagex look at a 1b trade? ( I know this question is asked a lot)
2. Will jagex get suspicious if you start spending straight after trading 1b+ (for example, I just bought 1b gp then I go ge and buy a phat)

A lot of the bulk flippers who buy and sell eaily trade 100s of mills and even billions daily without any problems.
GP wipes have happened in the past a couple times for RWT, but most/all of the Sythe sellers have been just fine and recently this has not been happening.

As for spending it asap, dont' think that would really trigger anything either.

okay, thanks yohojo, i kinda got put off buying gp after reading the recent post on rs home page about RWTing

 

I seriously doubt you would have any problems, if you're really concerned about it do it through a stake or something just as an added security. Also these are totally overkill(and probably just my own superstition) but trade in a place that isn't known for rwt (aka not g.e fountains or lummy), and do it in a members world(so you aren't hopping to f2p, getting the gold, then hopping back). Again, totally overkill and probably ridiculous but might as well.

 

ohk thanks for the advice, at the moment only my main is p2p and i usually buy from PA which requires me to log into a f2p world...so should i make a mule account to take the initial transaction then stake it to main?

 

1. There is no definite answer to this. Many users have hundreds of millions of GP flowing in-and-out of their accounts, with no problems at all.

2. No, but you would need to purchase a phat from a user anyway.

 

He can get one in GE as well... It'll just either take time or he'll have to offer more money. (This doesn't really apply to the higher value phats.)

2) No they won't. But since when have phats been 1b?

 

Have your trade masked by the gambling people. Its very hard to tell who is rwt and who is gambling.

And a one time trade of 1B will not rise any suspicion.

 

you should be fine. If you buying like 50b that might set off a red flag.
