Multiple Admins able to approve Donation Perks

I know currently that the lower perks can be handled by admins, but they never touch the higher ones. I'm purely stating this as it's come to mind that most UI's take around 3-5 days, and custom ranks take a lot more (Mine personally has taken 19 so far). We're the main contributors to the site other than advertising holders, so why should we have to wait so long for our perks for donating to be processed/rewarded to us. I understand that Matthew has a life etc, but n4n0 for instance is highly active, what more effort would it take to give him perms, as I'm sure it could be added to the general administrator's permissions

UI's and Ranks are managed by Matthew and Matthew only. This is due to the fact that they have to be uploaded to the server, and handing out FTP access to just anyone is well.... Stupid. I suggested the idea of implementing a script that would allow the other admins to remotely upload them, but Matthew felt the security risks weren't worth it.
