Consolidated Glitch/Forum Error Thread

This is not a glitch or error.

 

I know but it annoys me. Is there an option to remove it?

 

User CP > Edit options.

 

Everytime I refresh the forum, the 'Our Community' subsection disappears. The title is still there however. Even if I click it, nothing happens, nothing drops down. I have to restart my browser every time. Only for Our Community, the other sections are fine.

 

Edit: Fixed. Was a chrome add on that was messing things up.

keep getting the new user info pop up thing, starting to get a bit annoying

 

Are you clearing your cache/cookies every time you close your web browser?

What web browser are you on?

 

im on safari and i'm not clearing cache/cookies every time i close the browser.

 

The newcomer welcome box seems to be jumpy when it slides across the screen when viewing through Firefox. If viewed through IE or Chrome, it slides across smoothly.

EDIT - Site's playing up. Instances where my thread(s) are there and sometimes there aren't. Plus it's showing moments of sudden drops in user's browsing the site now and again.

 

I'm not sure if it's just me but everytime I go in the vouch forum to post in someone's vouch thread.. It just loads the "Posting quick reply..." for like hours and hours and doesn't even post.

And also I can't seem to edit my vouch thread.

 

Try clicking on 'Go Advanced' button and post.

 

So on the 'Where did [name here] go?' thread there are 138 pages. mine is stuck on 137; everytime i click 138 it reverts me back to page 137?

Sorry. I only checked Pg6 and i didnt see an answer so i thought this was a glitch.

Any way to prevent it? And why does it randomly happen? Not happened to me before?

 

BBcode has stopped working and there are HTML tags inserted into my reply boxes. Unless I post using HTML codes it doesn't take.

 

Just to add on to the BBcode thing: Sometimes smileys don't work, it just shows the code for them, and sometimes even in the text editor they aren't on the right-hand side. It seems random that it does this.

 

Not sure why it happens, I've been seeing it around for years though. Database issue w/ VBulletin maybe, who knows.

 

Manual Recovery form is not sending out emails to verified addresses. I am wondering if its just my type of email account or if others are having this issue too. Have been waiting for a week to receive a recovery email

 

You sure you have the right email? And have you checked spam?
