EDIT: Hang on. I've just noticed his intro thread, finding out why he was unbanned now.

 

The reported user was pardoned, and the visible scam report we see on PB isn't conclusive enough to warrant a ban here on Sythe.
Unless you have more evidence, he won't be banned for this.
