Shen or Kha'zix?

I've got some RP and was wondering whether or not to get shen or kha zix for TOP lane (may jungle sometimes). I know for a fact that shen does get banned a lot in ranked but at the same time I play a lot of premade normal queues and was wondering whether to get shen or kha'zix.

Which do you think is worth buying more?

 

Shen is almost always banned in both draft normals and ranked. I prefer Kha'Zix anyway, dat jump is insane.

 

Also you'll be better off with Mecha Kha'Zix since his passive is easier to see on the skin, lol.
