Reporting scammer Montesinos7

Hi, I was trying to sell Montesinos7 a month membership. I was trying to get 15m for it, I bought him it. But he tried to say, that it wouldn't let him log into members world. He never got membership, I thought I could have trusted him, but I was wrong.

Can you provide proof that you were billed, and a picture of his skype profile showing his skype address?

 

I can prove I was billed yes. I would have to take a screenshot using my phone. So could I send to your email or something.
