    Upload them to a site like www.TinyPic.com and then get the URL of the image and paste it between the tags .

    Click computer/URL which ever

    Select the image from your PC/enter the URL


    If you want a linked image copy the HTML IMAGE (Websites and Boards)

    If you want a standard image copy the "BB code (Message board and forums)
